Roomers Hotel in Munich is a unique lifestyle hotel which sets new standards in the modern luxury hotel industry.
Roomers offer 280 rooms and suites with an intimate and cosy interior. Meeting rooms, Japanese restaurant IZAKAYA and the unique Roomers Spa Shan Rahimkhan with an Infinity swimming pool and a cinema are just some of the attractions in the creation of which we participated. Most of the work was comprehensive.
At the entrance to the hotel, the ceiling immediately attracts attention, made of gold mirror stainless steel illuminated with almost 4,500 LED bulbs in a classic shape. In cooperation with the Osram company, a fully controlled ‘display’ was created, allowing the adjustment of the light intensity and displaying any preprogrammed images.
We built a circular reception area with a bar in the lobby. This part was made using brass tubes and Verde Guatemala marble. On one side there is the employee area, and on the other, a bar integrated into the brass wall. The reception desk is located in the central part of the lobby, and next to it we built two fireplaces housed in granite and golden stainless steel. Refining all details to perfection allowed to achieve a coherent and extraordinary look.
In the 8 conference rooms, our contribution is visible everywhere.
We designed and manufactured complete decor for this place in which oak finishes are predominant. The wood is in a natural colour, oiled, varnished or stained white and black. It was used to create the wardrobe cabinets, stucco wall cladding, door portals, modular tables as well as upholstered wall panels covered with the highest quality fabrics.
A certainly interesting place in the hotel is the so-called Whiskey Room, which is a part of the restaurant hidden from the public eye. In this room, apart from the epoxy floor, each element of the décor was made by our company.
We built the coffer-effect ceiling using Sapele veneer and light modules in such a way that individual parts of the ceiling and each of its segments can be programmed and lit individually.
We also made a DJ station, upholstered wall cladding, guest stalls and tables.
For the dining hall, we designed a long oak bar for the Japanese restaurant and a glass-walled kitchen.
We fitted all the hotel rooms and apartments with modular brass shelving. The structure was made of brass tubes and specially designed connectors. Depending on the individual décor of the room, the furnishing contained various elements, e.g. a minibar with a built-in refrigerator, a place for a coffee machine, a mesh bottle cabinet, oak shelves and wine glass hanging racks.
In the largest apartments, we made light ceilings and decorative LED signage.
In the hotel Gym and SPA, our contribution is visible in the mirror cladding of the walls and the ceiling above the swimming pool. The ceiling was made of black panels using cabochon lighting.
